What we do
NZ Camper Hire compares every motorhome layout currently offered by the four Tourism Holdings Limited (THL) brands in New Zealand — Maui, Britz, Apollo, and Mighty — in one place. We take quote requests, match travellers to the right vehicle, and book through THL's standard system.
What we don't do
- We don't own or operate any motorhomes. All vehicles are owned and operated by THL.
- We don't compare brands outside the THL family. We're focused on doing one thing well: helping you pick the right THL layout.
- We don't take payment. THL handles all payment processing through their standard booking system.
Why we exist
Travellers planning a New Zealand campervan trip have to open four separate brand websites — maui.co.nz, britz.com, apollocamper.co.nz, mightycampers.com — and re-enter the same dates each time to compare. We did the work of putting the four catalogues into one filterable index so the comparison happens here, and the final booking goes through to the brand you choose.
How we're funded
NZ Camper Hire earns a commission from THL on confirmed bookings. The price you pay matches what THL would quote directly — there's no markup at this layer.
