1. About this site

NZ Camper Hire ("we", "us") is an independent authorised reseller for Tourism Holdings Limited (THL) motorhome brands in New Zealand — Maui, Britz, Apollo, and Mighty. We do not own or operate any motorhomes. All rental vehicles are owned, operated, and maintained by THL.

2. Quote requests

Submitting a quote-request form does not create a booking or reservation. It is a request for us to obtain current availability and pricing from THL on your behalf. A booking is only formed once you receive a confirmation from THL after accepting their quote and meeting their payment and identity requirements.

3. Rental terms

The terms of any actual rental — vehicle condition, insurance, mileage, fuel policy, driver requirements, age restrictions, additional fees — are governed by the rental agreement you enter into directly with THL at the time of booking. We do not modify or override THL's standard terms.

4. Pricing

All prices displayed or quoted via NZ Camper Hire are subject to confirmation by THL at the time of booking. Prices may change due to availability, seasonal demand, currency fluctuation, or changes to THL's published rates.

5. No competitor comparisons

This site compares vehicles within the THL family only. We do not offer comparisons to other rental operators.

6. Personal data

Information you submit via the quote form is used solely to obtain a quote on your behalf, communicate that quote to you, and pass relevant details to the THL booking team to complete a reservation if you choose to proceed. See our privacy policy.

7. Liability

NZ Camper Hire's role is limited to facilitating quote requests. We are not responsible for the operation of the rental vehicle, the conduct of the rental, or any disputes arising under your rental agreement with THL. Any such matters are governed exclusively by your agreement with THL.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any dispute concerning these terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.
