What we collect

• Quote-form submissions — name, email, phone (optional), pickup/drop-off cities and dates, traveller group composition, brand preference, free-text trip notes.
• Site analytics — anonymised page-view data via Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity (no personally identifying information).
• Cookies — only what's needed by GA4, Clarity, and Microsoft UET for ad measurement.

How we use it

Quote-form submissions are used solely to:

• Obtain a quote from Tourism Holdings (THL) on your behalf.
• Email that quote back to you, with brand comparisons.
• Pass relevant booking details to THL if you proceed to a reservation.

We do not sell your information, send unsolicited marketing, or share it with anyone outside the THL booking team without your prior agreement.

How long we keep it

Quote-form submissions are retained for 12 months for follow-up and recordkeeping, then archived or deleted.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to delete the information you submitted, or to send you a copy of what we hold. Email info@nzcamperhire.com.

Third-party services we use

• Google Analytics 4 — analytics
• Microsoft Clarity — analytics, session replay (anonymised)
• Microsoft UET — ad measurement (only if you arrived from Bing/Microsoft ads)
• Formspree (or equivalent) — quote-form submission processing
• Cloudflare Pages — site hosting and CDN
